Cancellation Policy

Polished Happiness Nail Studio Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy At Polished Happiness Nail Studio, we strive to provide all of our clients with the best experience possible. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone and maintain our schedule, we ask that you adhere to the following policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling: Cancellation and Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer your slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellations or Rescheduling (within 24 hours): If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $25 fee will be charged to your account. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Unfortunately, no-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments at Polished Happiness Nail Studio. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, as they help us maintain a smooth and fair experience for all of our valued clients.
